Our multi-layer paint provides a surface finish that offers a higher resistance to scratches as well as corrosion protection.

Electrical and mechanical components used in the Sigma are of the leading brands of industrial automation, such as, Beckhoff, SMC, Omron and Eaton.

All Sigma welders are equipped with a touch screen HMI for easy access to edit programs and control temperatures of the welding process, as well as other parameters.

Sigma machines are built with constant control of the quality of the production and components.  A check list with more than 40 points is carried out prior to the shipment of every machine.

Sigma machines are tested with the samples the customer provide to ensure the proper testing of the end use of the machine.

We carry out FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) together with the customer either physically at our facility or virtually.

All Sigma machines are built under the CE regulations on safety and environmental regulations.
